Scope, hours & investment
We agree the outcome and hour block before work starts. Time is tracked visibly, and approval is requested before expanding scope. The agreed hours, fees, calendar window, and plan if the hour block is used are set out in a proposal based on the work involved.
Fees exclude third-party subscriptions, hosting, hardware, model/API usage, and maintenance unless expressly included.
Acceptance and handover
The configured environment and evaluation are checked against written requirements and test cases; limitations, external services, and operational responsibilities are documented. No blanket privacy, security, compliance, or cost guarantee is made.
What we need from you
You provide an environment owner, access approvals, and representative non-sensitive materials. License and dependency review does not replace legal or security review.
Scope changes and ongoing work
Additional workflows and work beyond the agreed scope are discussed before proceeding. Ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance are not included unless separately agreed.
