Start with the work

Where is repetitive work slowing you down?

Not every task needs AI. Start with a real snag, then decide what is worth changing.

01 / ENQUIRIES

Follow-up that slips

Too much time drafting familiar replies and remembering the next step.

02 / DOCUMENTS

Copy, paste, repeat

Information moves between forms, files, and business systems by hand.

03 / KNOWLEDGE

Answers are already somewhere

Your people spend time hunting through documents and old conversations.

04 / TEAM HABITS

AI use is inconsistent

Experiments are happening, but there is no shared setup or clear practice.

Show, don't tell

What a working AI workflow can look like.

Illustrative patterns, not client case studies. The right checkpoints depend on your tools, data, and the consequences of an error.

01

Enquiry → follow-up

Capture the request, summarize what matters, draft a reply, and prepare a CRM update. A person approves the message and consequential changes.

02

Notes → proposal draft

Turn discovery notes into a draft using approved templates and pricing inputs. A person checks scope, pricing, and commitments.

03

Documents → structured records

Extract and validate fields, then send uncertain items to a human reviewer—not automatic financial approval.

A clear working rhythm

Find it. Build it. Make it usable.

01 — FIND THE OPPORTUNITY

Map the real task

Understand what happens today, where effort goes, and whether AI or ordinary automation is the sensible next move.

02 — BUILD AND TEST

Make a scoped workflow

Agree the task, tools, checks, permissions, and failure paths before configuration and testing.

03 — TRAIN AND HAND OVER

Leave it operable

Document how to run it, practice with the people who own it, and make support responsibilities clear.

A straightforward relationship

Hands-on work, with clear edges.

Pixel is a hands-on working relationship: the work is scoped together, built in the tools you approve, and handed over with usable instructions. There is no promise every task needs AI, and no claim AI outputs are right without review.

Explore illustrative workflow patterns and try a synthetic-data demonstration to see how a human checkpoint can fit into the process. Every real workflow is scoped to its own tools, data, and review needs.

Good questions

Before you get started.

Can you work with the tools we already use?
Often, yes. We first check the tools, permissions, integrations, and limitations. If a connection is not reliable or appropriate, we explain alternatives.
What determines the investment?
The outcome, systems, access and data constraints, testing, and handover. Work begins against an agreed hour block with visible time tracking. Software, model/API usage, hosting, hardware, and maintenance are separate costs where applicable.
Where is my information processed?
That depends on selected tools and configuration. We review the actual processing path and controls; a local or private deployment does not automatically guarantee no data leaves a device.
What if an AI output is wrong?
The workflow should define review steps, exceptions, and failure handling that match the consequences. Unattended consequential decisions are not the default.
When would you recommend no AI?
If a clearer process, ordinary automation, or no change is a better fit, that is the recommendation. The free call assesses fit; it is not a full implementation plan.
One task is enough to begin

Bring one repetitive task. Let’s work out what to do with it.

You do not need an AI strategy before we talk. Bring the task, the tools involved, and a rough sense of how often it happens. If AI is not a good fit, we’ll say so.
